Tired of the existing brand name realty companies with rigid corporate structures, Vecchio introduced a new concept in real estate sales built entirely on the agent's perspective.

The new business model introduced five star agent centric sales and support services, created automated systems that aided cost effective productivity and encouraged greater intimacy amidst co-workers.

To date his model remains ideally suited to the productive, forward-thinking agent who wants to move beyond corporate red tape and establish a successcul career in real estate. 

Available Affiliate Commission Structure 

*100% commission base on billings of $3600 annually or $300 monthly

 *95% commission base on billings of $2400 annually or $200 monthly

*85% commission base max per associate

*No Monthly Fee

Membership Ownership

*49% shares of Class B Non-voting Stock available at $10,000 per share

*Each share represents 1% ownership of the operating company for the holder

*Holder enjoys 100% profits on their independent business and an additional 1% of the operating company's net profit.

Membership Requirements

 Each member is asked to recruit 3 associates (realtors) within 90 days of joining.

Thereafter the member will be responsible for recruiting, managing and assisting the associate and for overseeing his or her business and marketing interactions with Realty Associates.

There is no limit to the number of associates a member can recruit into their sub-team.  However, all recruits must be approved by Senior Ownership.
